This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Less than an hour drive to gulf beaches in Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores. 30 minute drive to downtown Fairhope.

Glamping on the Farm (Heartland)

Our 27’ foot Heartland Sundance camper is set up for guests on a small lot at the front of our farm property. Guests will have a great view of our pastures with our small herd of cows and horses. This area is set up for a glamping experience. This includes a fire pit, chairs and outdoor grill. The camper has 1 master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds, the table and couch convert to beds as well. This camper is 1 of 2 campers now available on our farm.

You have 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Your own outdoor space includes: hot tub, grill and outside area. -500 Ft Pier, Boat House and fire pit are a shared space. - We are always available for questions!
