The unit is completely separate with 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

Centrally-located to all of Midtown & Downtown Mobile, you’re a 15-20 min walk or 5-10 minute drive away to all the hotspots. Enjoy a morning stroll under a canopy of live oak trees to soul caffeine, brunch at The Cheese Cottage, happy hour on the roof at Greers, & dine at Hummingbird Way Oyster Bar, all within 3 miles of our house.

In walking distance to Mardis Gras, come see southern history.

Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. Our guesthouse is located behind our house on a beautiful Mobile street with a live oak canopy and Spanish moss accents. The 600 sq ft cottage has been remodeled keeping the old Southern style and charm that makes Mobile such a lovely city. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the private outdoor patio. Come and go as you please via a private doorway onto patio.
