Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Welcome to Hatzic! Beautiful countryside where friends & family can relax soaking in our ultra clean hot tub and swimming pool. (pool open June 1 - Sept 31) Our suite sleeps up to 8 guests, perfect for bridal parties, sturgeon fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, or the whole family. We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Street parking available for a boat or race car. We are 20 minutes from Abbotsford and a 1/2 hour to Canada/US border crossing. Parks, biking and hiking trails close by. Ready for a relaxing time in the woods, close to nature while still being only 20 minutes from town? Our cozy A-frame cabin is situated on a 4 acre property and surrounded by old growth trees. Enjoy the soothing sounds of a nearby creek from the main bedroom. This spot is perfect for the 4x4 enthusiast, just minutes from a forestry service road. There is ample parking on site for truck and trailer. Enjoy nature and hiking at beautiful Cascade Falls, which is also only minutes away.

This beautifully, recently renovated studio type room, comes with a comfortable queen bed. This space is very private with separate entry and is entirely separated from other area of the house. The suite includes kitchen equipment such as utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a microwave. No smoking allowed inside but guests are welcome to use the spacious backyard! As a farm and since we live on site, our suite will still be allowed under BC's new AirBnB restrictions. With its own private entrance, this bright, south facing suite offers 2 acres of outdoor space with views of Mount Baker from our partially covered patio. Hike one of the nearby trails, feed our chickens, ducks or goats, or just watch the grass grow. Ask about seasonal homestead workshops like making cheese or picking your own apples and making fresh cider.
