You will live in our Superior Couples Room, located on the first floor of our quite Guesthouse with a view of our beautiful garden. This private room contains a Kingsize bed, wardrobe & drawer, fan, airconditioner and an ensuite bathroom. Our garden gives plenty of room to relax. You can enjoy a free breakfast consisting of Tea or Coffee, a fruit platter, eggs, toasts & jam on our backyards terrace. You are welcome to use our open kitchen as well for self-catering with whatever you like.

The Kip B&B | Queen Room 2

Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Bright & airy, it sleeps two in a queen sized bed and features a small but functional private bathroom with a shower. The room is full of all the important details and standard creature comforts: super soft high quality linens, plush towels, rain showers with solar hot water, air-conditioning, high ceilings, free wifi and jungle views. Breakfast is included in the rate.

Lipi Double Bedroom is part of the main builduing called Deep Blue Colonial Villa. It has indipendent entrance from the garden and is located in front of the pool. It has shared use of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. Access to the pool and private beach. Continental Breakfast served upon request (5 dollars per person); welcome complimentary mineral water and toiletries free of charge. Bikes also available free of charge. Motorbikes can be rented on site.

The Spice House, Mirissa

Beautiful Colonial style guesthouse set in an acre of tropical gardens with an infinity edged swimming pool and jungle views. All of our rooms have four poster beds, AC, ceiling fans and hot water showers. Both turtle bay & coconut tree hill are a 2 minute walk from us & the lively bars & restaurants of Mirissa's main beach are a 2 minute tuk tuk ride away. Our small bed&breakfast offers 3 double rooms all with AC, fan and private toilet. All the rooms face our lovely peaceful garden. We are close to the main road and you can enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants but also we’re only a short walk from the beautiful Mirissa beach. We’ll be happy to help our guests with anything they need (like getting transportation, booking tours and finding the best places to eat and visit).

The second of two bedrooms located in the guest wing of the main house, Garden Room is a spacious King bedroom with French doors leading out to a private verandah looking onto the forested garden.
