This unique place has a style all its own. This apartment is located downtown on the brickstreets of beautiful, historic, Mineola, Texas. It is directly above our cocktail and cigar bar, RNA Tavern. Walking Distance to several local antique shops, bakeries, restaurants, and drinking establishments. The best of everything right outside. Mineola is centered in Lake Country, where you're a short drive to multiple lakes, including Lake Fork and only 35 minutes from the famous Canton Tx 1st Monday.

The Sundance

Enjoy a short drive to the Mineola Nature Preserve with paved walking trails, playground and covered pavilion. We are close to several beautiful lakes, historic downtown Mineola and Lindale (home of Miranda Lambert) or just stay home and enjoy front porch sitting to appreciate the stars and trees. We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. A Little Countryside Paradise

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

My place is 6 miles east of Mineola, TX. Close to antique shopping, Mineola nature preserve, public lakes, 30 minutes to Canton First Monday trades days, and many other spotlights in East Texas. You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.

Have your coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. Plenty of birds and deer. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. BBQ pit outback. Great firepit. Internet and Direct TV. Come enjoy yourself!
