Ideal for your holiday with a group of friends or your family, friendly and safe, great for kids. You can enjoy the beach, only at 300m walking distance, prepare your delicious local meals in the garden's private BBQ. The house is new, clean, full of light, you can easily park your car in your private space and enjoy the beautifully decorated interior.

The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.
