Cottage on the Park

Come enjoy all midtown has to offer in our newly renovated carriage house apartment directly across the street from Overton Park, the Levitt Shell, the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Art Museum. This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. There is on-street parking and stairs to access the cottage. Also, there is no smoking on the property and no parties. Thank you!

Whispering Oak Secret Hideaway

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

The Back House: Private Midtown Studio Guest House

The Back House is located in one of Memphis’ nicest neighborhoods, Central Gardens, and features a private backyard and private entrance just for you. Enjoy a queen hybrid mattress, futon couch, table for 2, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee station, and a 43 inch TV with Roku with free Netflix. You will love the safe neighborhood with mansion homes all around and private security. Downtown Memphis is only 2 miles away or walk to local bars in Cooper Young and Overton Square.

Our spacious and charming artful cottage is tucked behind the main house in our backyard. It provides a completely separate, cozy, and tranquil environment for a restful getaway. For one or two adults only. Sorry no pets. No smoking in the Cottage. We are within minutes of all the amenities Memphis has to offer! Close to Crosstown Concourse and Rhodes College! We are very committed to the highest level of cleaning and disinfecting in the Cottage; join us for a relaxing stay!
