Adorable 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment located exactly 1 mile from both 1st and 2nd beaches, only 2 miles from downtown Newport and the mansions. Bring your bikes to enjoy the 14 mile trip from our front door to complete the Ocean Drive loop, or go the full 26.2 mile marathon loop. Whether your preference is to relax on the beach, enjoy Newport's shops, restaurants, & night life, or to cozy up inside, cook for yourself and watch a movie, this is the perfect retreat. *Please read full details.

Located in the heart of Newport at Brick Market Place, this luxury Loft has 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking iconic Thames Street. The open floor plan features a spacious kitchenette and living area with sofa bed in an open-floor concept. (Please note: kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop.) This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

The central location gives you walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants as well. It is a 15 min. walk to first beach and the mansions. A private parking space is included with the stay making it super convenient.

Welcome to Merhalla! Located minutes to downtown Newport and Broadway, 1.6 miles to the Naval War College. Everything you need for your Island vacation is within 2 miles! You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite. I would love to share recommendations for some great spots, and want to make your stay the best on the island!
