Welcome to Locklies Innlet; a peaceful, quaint, waterfront cottage, nestled in a protected, deep water haven along with neighbor Regent Point Marina. A perfect place for total relaxation, connection with nature, family bonding, or even a refreshed opportunity for remote work. For water enthusiasts, Locklies Innlet provides 4 kayaks for exploration through calm waters, for crabbing; a large dock with crab pots, and for the anglers the green lights will bring in the keepers right off the dock.

A lovely waterfront cottage with stunning bay views and the best sunsets on the East Coast. Sliding glass doors create the feeling of being right on the water, even when indoors. You can crab, fish, kayak, grill, and swim directly from the backyard. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Just a mile away is a newly renovated island restaurant with a bar and a wide variety of food options. Outside, a short walk on our private trail that winds through 6 acres of woods brings you to our dock on the Rappahannock River. Enjoy fishing, kayaking (one single, one double), or just sipping a beverage and watching the beautiful nature and wildlife around you. At Camp Cottontail, you’ll find a secluded rustic retreat with the modern comforts of home.

The Stateroom

The Stateroom is a fabulous, updated, cozy cabin with a fireplace. Large kitchen, large bathroom, living room with a queen pull out sofa, separate bedroom with a queen bed and beautiful views of the bay from the living room. Steps away to the beach and fishing pier. You can also rent the Rudder which is an adjoining cabin (like at a hotel) which will sleep another 4 people. See our other listing on Airbnb for Rudder.
