Προσφέρει άνεση και λειτουργικότητα, με κοινόχρηστη αυλή για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και χώρο στάθμευσης ποδηλάτων. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία, αλλά και λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της αγοράς. Είναι πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο και απέναντι από την πλατεία Συγγρού όπου υπάρχει το Ενετικο πηγάδι και συνχρονη παιδική χαρά. Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει οικογένειες μέχρι πέντε ατόμων.
