La Cantera is a self-contained accommodation situated in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Once a double-garage, it has been converted to offer our guests beautiful panoramic views, easy access to attractions in the surrounding area, privacy, relaxation, tranquillity, and a high-end interior with the added luxury of a hot tub and a log burner. This self-contained studio apartment, located on the beautiful Mon and Brec Canal, is an ideal base for exploring our stunning Welsh countryside. Providing direct access to the central Beacons and the Black Mountains. Whether you are after a relaxing break away, or an action packed outdoor adventure, Calon y Bannau is the perfect place for your stay.

South wing & tree house, Llwyn Onn Barn, Brecon Bs

Our C17th stone barn home with self-contained guest wing & tree house, is set in woodland high up, with stunning views of the Brecon Beacons. We are close to Pen y Fan, the spectacular 4-waterfall walk & many others, caves, and a popular area for cyclists, with Bike Park Wales & Zip World Tower nearby. Dogs welcome, (2 max). Ideal for small families. (Please read the notes below thoroughly). Maximum group size is 4 plus babies. Because the main living spaces are not large enough for more.

Shepherd's Hut in Brecon Beacons

Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Cosy 2 bedroom cottage with quirky welsh touches. Situated right on the Taff Trail Abercanaid . Known locally as the Old Canalside. The Glamorgan Canal is no longer in use but the history remains. Bikepark Wales within 10 minutes walk. All you need for a relaxing stay whatever your plans. Lovely enclosed modern garden with secure bike storage. Smart/Now Tv Netflix. Edge of Brecon's Beacons, Zipworld Tower, Penyfan, mountain railway, & numerous walking trails & cycle paths. No pets accepted.

Llia Cysglyd is a beautifully appointed self contained annex. With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Cwm Farm Cwtch, is a homely cottage set on a farm in Pontsticill, Merthyr Tydfil. You can enjoy the fantastic views and scenery, take a walk around our farm and interact with the animals (donkeys, chickens, dogs). Situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Cwtch is in a perfect location for a number of activities, e.g Brecon Mountain Railway, Bikepark Wales, Morlais Golf Course, River fishing and lots more. There are a number of pubs in the village that serve food and local beers.
