Özel havuzlu villamızda jakuzi,hamam bulunuyor. keyifli vakit geçirebilmeniz için basketbol , futbol. voleybol, masa tenisi , dart ve langırt villamızda mevcuttur. Elektiriği güneş sistemiyle sağlıyoruz klimayı verimli kullanabilmek için diğer elektirikli aletleri GECE çalıştırmamamız gerekiyor.
