CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. Situated a mile from Mendocino and less than five miles from State Parks, this is the perfect location to explore restaurants, shopping, galleries, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, and kayaking. The cabin is small but adorable and has a full kitchenette, washer and dryer, queen-sized bed, full-size bathroom, fully fenced yard, BBQ, fire pit, and picnic table. It is the perfect size for two guests.

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.
