We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. In Poljaki in der Nähe von Barban befindet sich die ruhige Villa Casa Oleander - ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus auf 2 Etagen. Im EG befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein Essplatz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein WC . Im OG befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Im Außenbereich ist eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz, Grill und Loungebereich sowie der beheizbare Pool und eine Solardusche. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück wird durch eine Mauer eingegrenzt.
