The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

Recently updated suite (with kitchen) in a historic home. Private entry, furnished with modern tasteful stylings. Has a smart TV and smart lock all connected to Internet. No pets please. Very convenient to I-5, great for both travelers and medium length stays. Ideal for traveling nurses. The city of Grants Pass and surrounding area is beautiful. This spot is located at the base of the mountain, and only a few blocks to downtown. Hot tub and laundry room amenities are exclusive for guest use.

Secluded forest of 5 acres only 3.5mi to Grants Pass with a private trail into legendary Cathedral Hills. A 3/2 home with DSL Wifi, dining area, living room, pellet stove, a fun converted carport for dining/entertainment/BBQ as well as a hot tub out back. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in. I need to be aware they are here and clean up after their stay.

This is a scenic stop between PDX and SF and its own destination. One guest says " Her home has a magic of its own." Simple, elegant, and a great base for wine-tasters, paraglider, or roadtrippers. If a house surrounded by nature, vineyards, paraglider pilots, creativity and occasional other travelers sounds interesting, you'll love it here. As a local tourism coordinator, I can direct you to the top attractions. Note: this is a self-contained unit but attached to the main house!
