We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden. I always provide fresh ground coffee, tea, milk, and bread prior to your visit. Our beautifully refurbished cottage has instant access to the moors, Drakes cycle trail and village amenities. It is the perfect location for exploring Dartmoor and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION A delightfull Apartment tucked into a quiet corner in a small village on Dartmoor's western fringe. Dousland lies just to the east of the larger centre of Yelverton where there is a selection of shops including a supermarket, butchers, doctor's surgery, post office, garage, hairdressers, pharmacy, public house and estate agent! Dousland borders open moorland with Burrator reservoir within a couple of miles.
