The home is privately positioned at the end of a shared driveway in Tanah Merah. There is parking in an adjacent car port with flat ramp access onto the verandah.  The accommodation is at the top of a half acre property and the land slopes down to our house which is on the bottom half of the block. Behind us is Murrays reserve bushland.  Home to a variety of birdlife and some local wallabies. The front verandah catches nice afternoon breezes. For stays 21 nights or more, cleaning will be provided free of charge every 2 weeks. This may not coincide exactly with the 14th day as cleaning schedule is determined by a regular cleaning schedule that doesn't necessarily align with the booking. Host will advise of cleaning day and any changes if applicable. Fresh linen and towels will be provided every 7 days.

Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area which is off street. There is a gas bbq outside the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with bar stools. The unit has a washing machine and a wash line on the verandah. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a dining table and tv lounge. The bedroom space has a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit but smoking outside is fine.
