The home is privately positioned at the end of a shared driveway in Tanah Merah. There is parking in an adjacent car port with flat ramp access onto the verandah.  The accommodation is at the top of a half acre property and the land slopes down to our house which is on the bottom half of the block. Behind us is Murrays reserve bushland.  Home to a variety of birdlife and some local wallabies. The front verandah catches nice afternoon breezes. The unit has a washing machine. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a big dining table and a big tv lounge. The bedroom space is big with a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit.
