Private entrance with deck right outside your door with table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. the Kitchen is complete and part of the living room which works well with the island, sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.

We are walking distance from everything the best grocery stores, restaurants also Arcata community forest and Marsh Winter heating is limited. Indoor temperature averages around 65 to 75f two wall heater provided. This is intentional and disclosed. Please do not book if you require a very warm space. The heater provide is comfortable and warm.
