Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Simple, thoughtful and very much loved, full of light, laughter and our love of the sea. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. A slower way of life just happens here x

Situated on the edge of Calverts lagoon nature reserve we welcome you to our little piece of paradise. With walking trails from your front door you will find yourself exploring the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach within walking distance. The ideal location for Aurora chasing. Located only a five minute drive from the center of South Arm and 30 minutes from Hobart. This space is perfect for a little get away to relax and enjoy or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

‘The Lady’ Primrose Sands

The Lady is a colourful waterside haven inspired by the cosy hotels of the British seaside. Sink into the velvet antique sofa and let the view carry you away. The cedar tub is hot and ready for your arrival, with the Tasman Peninsula in the distance. Once a rustic fishing shack, The Lady has been reborn with comfort and character as the guiding ideals. Pattern and colour have brought her to life and made a once boring white box into an enchanting haven for two.
