This was an outbuilding that was renovated into a small guest house. The property is next to our main residence and serves as extra space for our small farm animals. The listing has a loft area for extra sleeping. This space was design for the Airbnb community as we had a great experience with our other listing. The Main house on the property is home to year-round renter and the tenants will not be able to provide any help. All contact shall be made via the airbnb site for any assistance.

It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Welcome to Cape Cod! Cute, quiet and clean. This adorable apartment is located just minutes over the Bourne bridge. This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. It’s a tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a couple, small group or single person. There is 1 bedroom with a very comfy king bed and a twin size bed in the main living area. Smart TVs. Pet friendly. Coffee & tea

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.
