This listing is part of an up / down duplex and as such noise does transfer slightly. We've done our best to mitigate the sound transfer but it is not perfect. Please note parking is tight, you may be assign one parking space or (free) street parking depending on several factors. This space has a very unique view of Massillon's Gothic Revival St Mary's Cathedral and Cemetery. It is one bedroom, but the living room can easily be converted into another bedroom with the inclusion of a murphy bed.

The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.
