You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

You will be close to everything when you stay at this sweet & rustic centrally-located place. It is steps (2 houses) away from the beach, the sound, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! All kinds of fun to be had without using any gas to get there. This spot filled with personality. It is under my home. The house has a very large porch overlooking the ocean you may take advantage of along with the side patio directly out of the door of the apartment This is a basement apartment in an old home

Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s.
