We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? Missouri River Farmers Inn (MRF Inn) was purchased by the current owner in Nov. 2020. Previously run as the Down Over Bed and Breakfast, The MRF Inn will feature contact free stays and check-in. The Inn has undergone a big remodel, you will find everything fresh and updated. Complete with an onsite gym, small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. The Cottage at MRF Inn sit adjacent to the Inn.

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.
