I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

Nivendale Cabin - at Riverview Campground

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

Book your peaceful getaway in our newly renovated 5 bedroom waterfront house on Guntersville Lake. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's perfect for family gatherings, with a beautiful kitchen open to a large dining area and cozy living room complete with gas fireplace. Plenty of covered outdoor spaces are available for lounging and dining. Enjoy badminton, cornhole, or a campfire in our spacious backyard or relax on the covered dock looking out on the main channel of Lake Guntersville.

Our modern cottage style cabins boast well-appointed accents like plush bedding, plenty of comfy seating, and more. The 14 x 29 foot Premier Cabins have a fully functional kitchen stocked with cookware, An oversize living room with full size sleeper sofa, a roomy two seat shower in the full bathroom, a queen bed in the master bedroom, as well as a covered porch perfect for sipping your morning coffee. Coyote’s Cabin Treehouse is 224 sq ft that sits up high on a bluff with Scarham creek below. Hot tub sits overlooking the creek. There’s no TV or WIFI. We only offer the noise of nature. Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. If you must smoke, please do so outside and away from the door and bring a butt can with you. I always offer discount stays on my excellent guest at any of my stays

Brown's Creek Cottage - park up to 3 boat trailers

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

Adorable cottage-style home in downtown Guntersville. This home is completely renovated and ready to use. Boasting functional living spaces and luxurious bathrooms. The central location offers access to many outdoor activities as well as shopping, eateries, and hang out spots.
