A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija. Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.

This town house is situated in a quiet area of Nadur in Gozo, with a number of facilities nearby, including a bus stop and a small grocery 200 meters away. It provides some of the best valley and sea views on the island, and is 20 min walk away from one of the most secluded beaches in Malta and Gozo, namely 'San Blas'. If you are looking for a restaurant or pub, you can find all this at the local 'piazza', approximately 1 km away. The bus route also ends at Victoria.
