The charming, all brick house has two bedrooms, queen beds with luxury bedding, one spacious bathroom, central air, as well as a wood stove available seasonally. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, the historic courthouse, YART, Main St. shops, and it's only a 45 minute drive Yosemite!

We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view. My husband and I live on the adjacent property .
