This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. There is no tv but we have excellent WiFi if you’d like to watch shows from your laptop/device. There’s a desk & dresser & closet for your things. Bathroom has a shower, medicine cabinet & shelves. There’s a mini fridge & microwave so you can store & warm up your perishables. Utensils & plates not always included.

Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
