Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Hinterthal liegt am Ende eines Tales und es besteht im Winter ein direkter Anschluss an die Hochkönig – Skischaukel mit 33 Liftanlagen und 120 Pistenkilometern. Schneesicher von Weihnachten bis Ostern. 40 Km gespurte Loipen in der Umgebung lassen auch das Herz eines Langläufers höher schlagen.

Chalet Maria is a traditional Austrian mountain retreat situated close to Maria Alm and right in the middle of the fantastic Hochkoenig skiing and hiking area. It's a perfect place for a winter or summer holiday. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,000m with breathtaking views of the surrounding Hochkoenig valley. The skiing slopes are only a 50 meter walk from the chalet. Directly from the chalet you can quickly reach several great MTB routes or hiking tours.
