Idealan je za dvoje ljudi a kućni ljubimci su isto tako dobrodošli. Pitoreskni šumski putevi idealni su za duge šetnje ili vožnju biciklom.Topla i uređena kuhinja budi osjećaj doma te je moguće brzo prihvatiti ambijent kao svoj.Veliki ostakljeni prostor dnevnog boravka od 24 m2 srce je Fresce. Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.
