Our stunning apartment at Bougainville Bay offers spacious and bright interiors adorned with high ceilings showcasing breathtaking sea views. Designed by the architect of our family, our mom, the apartment beautifully blends with the picturesque surroundings of bougainvillea flowers and olive groves of Sarandë.

Newly built front-side apartment with breathtaking sea view. Only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach and 20 minutes walk from the old town. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and different shops can be found just a few steps from the house. A bus station is very near the building so you can go to city center or to the ancient city of Butrint (UNESCO world heritage) (15 min drive) The location of the building is in street Butrinti across the beautiful beaches and with easy access by car.

This cozy summer home is located in one of the best areas of Saranda: close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, but also quiet enough in the evening to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine on the balcony with Sea view! The apartment has a very summer and beach vibe, combined with modern style and simplicity. It is brand new and has all necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, very fast Wifi and a Smart TV. It can comfortably host up to 3 people.

There is a beautiful sea-front view from the sunny balcony... You will enjoy it for sure :)
