Refurbished 2 storey townhouse in Footprints Resort is a 5 minute walk from Preston Beach. It is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen/dining/lounge area with microwave, stovetop, airfryer, BBQ, dishwasher, nespresso machine, sandwich toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, smart TV, separate toilet and queen sized sofa bed. Upstairs has a separate toilet, and BR1 has a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite and balcony. BR2 has 2 x singles and ensuite.
