One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is lovingly renovated and furnished to keep the traditional Tyrolean flair but provides all the comfort of a modern apartment you need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has two bedrooms with perfectly comfortable double beds, a complete new bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a living -kitchen area with a brand new kitchen.

El apartamento de vacaciones "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" está situado en Moos, en Passeier/Moso, en Passiria, y ofrece a sus huéspedes una espectacular vista panorámica de los Alpes circundantes. El alojamiento de 77 m² consta de una sala de estar con sofá cama para 2 personas, una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, 2 dormitorios y un cuarto de baño, por lo que ofrece espacio para 6 personas. Además, hay una sauna de infrarrojos privada a su disposición.

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
