Villa Belektana – Exclusive Private Villa with Private Pool Villa Belektana is reserved entirely for your exclusive use throughout your stay. The property features a 500 m² private garden with an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool, exclusively available to you and your travel companions. The villa extends over three fully accessible floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe area, and a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms: the Blue Room with its own en-suite bathroom, the Gold Room, the Rose Room, and an additional bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. A TV is available in every bedroom except the Rose Room. The living and dining area as well as the kitchen are also air-conditioned. For year-round comfort, the entire villa is equipped with central heating. All 4 bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. For added convenience during longer stays, the villa also offers two washing machines and a dryer. Luxury Villa in Side with private pool and 4 bedrooms just 350m from the beach. You cant get a villa with a much better location than this, just 7 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is situated on the Sunrise Hill complex ,which features two generously sized swimming pools and childs pool-however the villa has its own private pool to the front of the property when a little peace and tranquility is required.There is an on site shop and cafe .The development comprises of just 7 villas and 24 apartments. The villa comprises of ground floor : large open plan lounge/kitchen ,with washing machine,dishwasher ,fridge/freezer,oven and hob -TV and Dvd . The lounge opens via two patio doors onto the spacious terrace with views over the private pool.
