An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor.
