The apartment also has one parking space in front of the building. It is located in a newly built neighborhood, in a dead-end street, away from crowds and traffic. The distance from the first beaches is about 600 m.

The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Ima besplatan parking za dva automobila. Smještaj je idealan za obitelj sa djecom. The local beach is easily accessible on foot (10 min.walk)Within walking distance are several restaurants, promenade and little supermarket. A highlight is a terrace where you can enjoy view in greenery, see, sunset and chill after beach, sun with a glace of wine.
