Come and cosy up in our cute Farmhouse Cottage. We are located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland town of Cooran. Spend the night stargazing or warming up around the fire and wake up looking over the rolling green hills. We have cows, chickens and ducks on our property. We also have a large dam with kayaks that you are welcome to take out for a paddle. There are native birds, turtles, fish and eels in the dam. We are located very close to the Noosa Trail network and many other points of interest.

Parking is under cover and next to the cabin through automatic gates. The only sounds you will hear are the birds. Minimum stay is 2 nights, but if you are looking for one night please get in touch. Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
