Haikaa is located in a coastal Chinese village just 1.5 hours from KL. It is a renovated 1980s home redesigned by @Haus Studio, featuring bright, naturally ventilated rooms, a sea-facing main hall with folding doors, and a peaceful courtyard shared by the hall and two bedrooms. The house sleeps 12 guests and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with basic cookware, two bathrooms, a dining area, and flexible living space perfect for small events or family stays. Local attractions are minutes away.

Stunning naturally ventilated villas overlooking the sea. Comfortable European length King & Single beds with beautifully presented bathroom. Can be set as 3 Singles if requested in advance. Solar hot water rain shower. Mini-bar fridge. Minimum stay 2 nights. Rates given are strictly for maximum 3 pax. Only one extra mattress/pax can be provided at extra charge. Breakfast is not included. À la carte breakfast is available from our Bistro from 8.30-10 30am (closed on Mondays).

Beachfront Guest Suite by the Hill

Our guest suite is located in Kampung Juara on Tioman Island. Situated at the hillside on the northern side of Juara bay - with an amazing view of the whole bay - it's surrounded by pristine rainforest and beautiful nature. Peaceful and private area with a river separating the property from the common beach area. At high tide the river can be crossed with one of our shared kayaks - or just by wading through the water - and during low tide it's easy to walk in and out of the property.

Teratak Sekuchi

Teratak Sekuchi is a semi-traditional timber house by the South China Sea. Originally built in KT town, it was relocated in 2007 to Mengabang Telipot, a typical fishing village. Furnished mainly with old wooden furniture and local decorations, it offers a taste of coastal village living with basic modern comforts. There’s no wifi, TV or air-cond. Strictly for private (non commercial) use only by max 6 (+2 y.o) people.
