Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. It is regulated to 21 C and works day and night the same temperature. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

The exterior consists of two courtyards with a garden, barbecue and dining area. The backyard in the shade of the trees has an outdoor shower. Access to the house is very easy.
