Fantastic countryside for running, cycling & open water swim spots. Walking distance into Tetbury (1.5 miles) via foot/cycle paths.

Piglet's House

Set in eight acres of beautiful Wiltshire Countryside on the edge of the Cotswolds, Piglet's House can be found within the grounds of an 18th century farm. Piglet's House contains a small but well equipped kitchen, a desk for 'working from home', a roll-top bathtub, shower and loo, TV and sofa, high-speed Wifi, heating and air-conditioning. Easily accessed from Junction 17 of the M4, it is set down a long driveway and has it’s own off-road parking spot for one car. Babies/toddlers welcome too.

The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

Immaculate riverside Cotswold cottage - sleeps 4-6

The Old Groom's House is a detached, two-bedroom cottage in the grounds of our historic home, The Old Rectory. A contactless stay is available. Its charming setting is instantly relaxing, with a private terrace overlooking mature gardens, dairy pasture and the tranquil River Avon. Renovated recently, so everything is fresh, bright and immaculate, it sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there’s a double sofa bed if you have extra guests. There’s plenty of secure parking behind electric gates.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath and on the southern tip of the Cotswolds. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high quality holiday home.There is an open plan downstairs living space with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
