We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The living room and bedrooms bask in the sun!

Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

You'll have a great time at this cozy waterfront cabin. All the comforts of home including full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen with full-size fridge and stove. Vintage Enterprise wood cook stove, ample dining space, wifi, TV, Netflix, heat pump, BBQ, and tranquil waterfront on the Taxis River. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds consisting of a double on the bottom and a twin up top. Living room couch converts to a queen size bed. Outdoor patio and a firepit!

Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. Our family is lucky to live on a little farm right here in Fredericton, and over the past few years we’ve been turning an old barn into a cozy, cabin-like studio for our guests.
