Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Spacious and serene studio flat in Shiplake Cross, minutes away from The Plough, Shiplake pub, as well as bus stop serving Henley-on-Thames/Reading, with services running from 6am til midnight, every 30 minutes. Ideal for Henley Regatta, Henley Festival, Rewind, Shiplake College etc. Kitchenette with hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & sink. Tea/coffee & milk provided. It’s rural and quiet enough to take advantage of beautiful walks nearby but equally, has a village shop, post office, local pub and restaurants within walking distance.
