The East by West Ferry takes 25 mins. (eastbywest co nz) Kayaks and bikes are at Days Bay in summer to hire. There are bikes to hire at Burdens Gate for a flat coastal ride to twin lighthouses and stunning views down to South Island. Our self-contained, studio apartment is on a quiet street facing the Waiwhetu stream. The space has queen size bed with high quality linen & a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year around. Things to do Walking/running & cycling. (Te Whiti Riser) coffee shops, Mall. (see overview for more) There is a functional kitchen, with oven & all cooking equipment. Own driveway, very safe. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.

Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Set within 6 acres of farmland this rustic 1993 self-contained caravan with a double bedroom and a deck is a comfortable spot to get a taste of rural life, while only being 7 minutes away from the heart of Lower Hutt. This getaway is ideal for 2, but with space for 4 people - it suits people who are young at heart and enjoy living in close quarters or families with younger children. As local beekeepers, we'll have honey and farm fresh eggs available during your stay. #bonnydoonz

You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi.
