A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

This space would suit anyone wanting the convenience of a Motel without paying Motel rates. The private space available is about 60 square metres with separate bedroom, lounge/dining, and bathroom. Separate entry with combination lock for effortless self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door. The guest area is located at the sunny end of the house with all day sun and plenty of windows.

Newly built 'pool house' in sunny Silverstream. Self contained unit separate from the main house with access to a salt water swimming pool.
