Almost Heaven At Caney, LLC

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat/2 kayaks/life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Private Balcony Suite by Convention Center

The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center

Cane River Living is the perfect choice if you're looking for a peaceful place to stay while exploring the historic Natchitoches area. This centrally-located guesthouse is just one mile from the downtown riverbank. It offers a beautifully-renovated studio with a king-sized bed, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom featuring seasonal decor. The Roosevelt Retreat

Near Rapides & Cabrini hospitals & area golf courses. 3 minutes from LCU, 10 mins. from the Rapides Parish District & Federal Courthouses & 15 minutes from AEX. Includes laundry room, bath, kitchen, living area w/ a sofa that converts into a bed & a large primary bedroom and adequate work space. You’ll feel as if you’ve escaped to your own private oasis!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to highway, the university, and 40 minutes to either New Orleans or Baton Rouge airports. Studio apartment with convertible twin futon. 3-4 people sleep comfortably. Owner close and happy to leave you alone or help you with various things to make your stay fantastic! Smoke-friendly outdoors only! Smoking indoors prohibited. Maximum 2 pets. Cat-friendly! No unreported guests.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!

Private & Charming Pool House

This charming pool house has doors that open up to a poolside view. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and a second floor that boasts a pool table and a balcony view of the pool! Sleeps 4. Downstairs sleeps 2 memory foam fold out sofa bed . Checkin time is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. We do allow lenient times upon request.
