Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

This Sleep 10 property is an ideal base for exploring Northern Ireland. We are close to the villages of Ballyronan, Coagh & the town Magherafelt. Only 45 Minutes from Belfast, 50 Minutes from Portrush and aprox 2 hours from Dublin. Having a small wedding, perfect location. We just had our first wedding here and it looked beautiful. The stove creates an incredibly cosy atmosphere to just relax in the arm chairs. To be fully authentic the cabin has an outhouse situated 10 paving slabs away. Step away from the busy world. This is a rural setting so a car is strongly advised.
