Located in Springfield, minutes to DC attractions, 4 minutes to metro, 4 minutes to Springfield town centre, several restaurants & shopping in the area. The property is located in a very quite cul-de-sac, with 3-4 free parking. Beautiful front and back yard … with sitting areas in both sides. 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, can accommodate upto 5 people. Pets and infants aren’t allowed at this time.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.

The house is 5 minutes from Saratoga Plaza which haves Giant, chipotle, subway, etc., and also is 10 minutes from Springfield Mall with very good restaurants to enjoy a family afternoon.

Enjoy outdoor fire pit, skateboard ramp, horseshoe pit, Hiking trails, kayaking, multiple boat launches with a close drive. 20mins from Dc. 2min drive to auto train. VRE train. Dogs are welcome.
