Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating with bbq facilities. The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The 1940s cottage is a gorgeous grade II listed period property in East Bilney, blending a traditional cozy 1940s interior with modern features such as underfloor heating, rainfall shower, smart TV (no Freeview only streaming services). This traditional almshouse is all ground floor allowing accessibility to all guests & is able to accommodate 4 guests in 2 rooms. The property also boasts a wood burner, private parking, gardens,and a short, beautiful walk away from a country pub.

Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
