This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Relax at your own private beach 5 minutes down the trail or enjoy the private hot tub for those tired muscles. Enjoy the large yard and beautiful gardens or chef up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

Mill Street Studio

This lovely little stand-alone studio is cozy and close to everything. Located in a fun and quiet part of downtown Nelson, it’s the perfect place for active visitors! The Studio is a few blocks from Oso Negro Coffee Shop, Nelson Brewing Company & taproom, historic Baker Street and a Whitewater Ski Area shuttle stop. There is a convenient off street parking space right next to the accommodation. Coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment.
