Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

We share living room & kitchen. Breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. NOT for people with severe disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. Use the lift to third floor or for extra fitness take the 91 stairs. No air conditioning, fans provided. No street parking.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre.
