The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. Come relax at our stylish, unique Tree Loft. We converted an 800+ square ft. photography study into a trendy flat. The living room ceiling peaks at 20 feet. Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.
